Looking for a seasoned Sales Director to oversee full-lifecycle sales for an  Independent Living, Assisted Living & Memory Care facility with over 150 units.  This is an individual contributor role and the candidate needs to have previous experience developing and executing  sales plans and tracking the ROI on events and move-ins. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3- 5 Years - Full Life Cycle Sales (developing plans, generating /qualifying leads, negotiating & closing sales) in an Assisted Living & Independent Living property.
  • Experience developing sales/marketing plans that are specific, measurable and action oriented.
  • Able to manage expenses, budget and track referrals/ leads.
  • Strong communication, follow up and follow through skills.
  • Able to engage with potential senior populations and adapt your level of communication to your audience based on their level of knowledge and understanding.

Northeast - Trumbull, CT

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of each community within the Region, including P&L, HR, Staff Development Resident Relations, Property Maintenance, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance & Reporting and Marketing.

This Region has 7 properties within MA, CT, NY, NJ and have over 641 Independent, Assisted and Memory Care Units that generate $27M in annual revenue.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must live in and office out of either CT, MA, NY OR NJ.
  • 7+ Years of experience as an Executive Director in the Senior Living industry.
  • 3+ Years of experience as a Regional Manager/ Director supporting multiple communities.
  • Able to travel 3-4 days per week with overnight travel.
  • Able to commit to flexing their hours based on the needs of the community.
  • Strong communication, P&L and Leadership skills.

  • 7+ Years of experience as an Executive Director in the Senior Living industry.
  • 3+ Years of experience as a Regional Manager/ Director supporting multiple communities.
  • Able to travel 3-4 days per week with overnight travel.
  • Able to commit to flexing their hours based on the needs of the community.
  • Strong communication, P&L and Leadership skills.

Looking for a dynamic Executive Director to oversee all aspects of P&L, HR, Operations Management, Sales/Marketing and Resident Relations for a Senior Living Property with over 75 Memory Care Units that generate $3.5M in annual revenue.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 Years of prior multi-site leadership and management experience with memory care residents.
  • Multi-site leadership responsibility, highly desired.
  • Current Florida Assisted Living Administrator's License or ability to apply for one.
  • Knowledge of Florida Reporting Requirements for Senior Living.
  • Knowledge of Waiver Billing practices.
  • Able to commit to flexing their hours based on the needs of the community.

Looking for a dynamic Executive Director to oversee all aspects of P&L, HR, Operations Management, Sales/Marketing, Property Management/Upkeep and Resident Relations for a Senior Living Property with over 100 units.  At peak this property could generate $3-5
M in annual revenue.  

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 Years of prior leadership and management experience managing large properties.
  • Experience driving operational turnaround through sales and business development.
  • Prior experience leading teams from a variety of backgrounds and able to create a culture of accountability
